Contact UsWe offer 2-week turnaround for trade customers on supply-only orders. For homeowner installations, our current lead time is 2-4 weeks.
All frames come with a 10-year guarantee, glass is covered for 5 years, and hardware for 1 year. This includes any labour call-outs for installed windows.
Unlike standard casement windows, flush sash windows sit perfectly level with the frame, creating clean, modern sight lines. This design offers a more contemporary look while maintaining excellent performance.
Our flush sash windows can achieve an A++ rating with U-values as low as 0.9 W/m²K when triple-glazed is used. With double glazing, our flush sash windows achieve an excellent U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.
