  • Are your uPVC casement windows covered by a guarantee?

    All our window frames come with a 10-year guarantee, glass is covered for 5 years, and hardware for 1 year. This includes any labour call-out charges for installed windows.

  • Do you offer supply-only or full installation?

    Both. Trade customers can order supply-only with free delivery within 20 miles of Doncaster. For homeowners, we provide full professional installation including free site survey and quotation. Fill in an online contact form for a free quote!

  • What colours are available?

    We offer 30 different colours including classic white, contemporary greys and authentic woodgrain finishes. All colours are UV-stable and highly durable.

  • How do I maintain uPVC windows?

    Our windows are low maintenance; unlike old wooden windows, our uPVC windows won't require sanding, staining or repainting. Simply clean frames with warm soapy water. We also provide a full aftercare guide with every order. 

  • How thermally efficient are your uPVC casement windows?

    Our windows are crafted to keep interiors warm during the colder winter months and cooler in the summer. With standard double glazing, our casement windows achieve U-values of 1.2W/m²K. For optimal efficiency, our triple glazing option can achieve U-values as low as 0.9 W/m²K. The multi-chambered uPVC frames and high-quality weather seals work together to minimise heat loss and eliminate draughts.
